Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $8.99
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $15.99
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $24.99
Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
Special Handling for Perishable Items
Our cheese products require special care during transit. All orders are packed with insulated materials and ice packs to maintain freshness. We ship perishable items Monday-Wednesday to ensure they arrive before the weekend.
Delivery
We currently ship within the continental United States. A signature may be required upon delivery for orders over $100.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your package, as we cannot be responsible for items left unattended. If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them in the order notes.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through our shipping carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses for perishable items. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
